Here's What You Need to Know...
Limited Spots
Spots at our events are limited. If you're "in", then someone else might be "out".
Be fair, and book only if you have the intention of attending!
Cancellation Policy
Plans changed? No problem — but please cancel as early as possible. Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the event starts. After that, you're 100% committed — no exceptions.
No-Shows
You booked but didn't show up? That's a problem... Not only will someone else lose the chance to play, but your absence could leave a team with an insufficient number of players and take some fun out of it for everyone. No-shows lead to a booking ban — it's about fairness and respect.
Payment
Please bring the fee in cash and pay upon arrival at the event.
What to bring
We provide all the necessary equipment: balls, nets, etc. During sports activities, it is necessary to wear clean gym clothes suitable for volleyball, and especially clean sports shoes with non-marking soles for indoor gym use.
Location
The gym's address is: Luisenstraße 29, 80333 München. Enter the big gate (the sign says: "Städtische Berufsschule für Spedition und Touristik"). At the end of the stairs, before the entrance doors to the main building, turn right for the entrance to the gym. The gym is equipped with toilets, changing rooms and showers.

Participants should be in good health for sports activities. To be well-prepared for all eventualities, we recommend having adequate private health insurance, accident insurance, and liability insurance.
