Very Important Information

Make sure to read and understand:

• 🏐 Beachvolleyball 2 vs 2 Olympic Rules - not: 3vs3 or 4vs4 etc.!
• Levels: Developing and Intermediate: Make sure to check the Level Description!
• 💶 ‼️Payment must be done within 2 hours after booking via instant bank transfer! (read "Payment" section below!)! ‼️
• ⏳ No payment received within 2 hours: your booking gets canceled by us!
• After payment: No cancellations - no refund! (We are booking non-refundable courts for you)
• 💶 Price of 17,00€ is only valid if 7 persons sign up. Otherwise the cost (120€) will be divided by the number of signed-up persons (in that case you will be asked for a second payment of the difference). Worst case at 4 persons the total cost would be 29€ per person. No worries: We do expect that 7 persons will sign up, otherwise we will get in contact with you and in that specific case we will give you the exceptional chance to cancel due to the higher price.
• 👥 If less than 4 persons sign up until deadline, the event gets canceled.

Payment

You will have to pay by instant bank transfer (IBAN/SEPA) "Sofortüberweisung" / "Echtzeitüberweisung".

For persons who already have a positive attendance record to beach events in the past: instead of the bank transfer you can also use my personal PayPal account, in case you already know it. Everybody else has to use the instant bank transfer!

Make sure to pay within 2 hours after your booking (that means: right now!). We will cancel your spot otherwise to give somebody else the chance.

Make sure before booking you know what you are doing: We are booking non-refundable courts for you, so no cancellations and no refund!

Access to the Beachdome

Once the booking deadline is over and courts and persons have been organized you will receive all necessary instructions for the beachvolleyball game day to your email address.

What to bring

Balls and the equipment of the court is provided: net etc. During sports activities, it is necessary to wear clean gym clothes suitable for beachvolleyball - and you'll have to play barefoot. Temperatures in Beachdome are good for sports activities in beach clothes, but if you are a person tending to feel cold bring some slightly warmer sports clothes for the breaks / warmup etc.

Onsite there are toilets, dressing rooms, and showers.

Participants should be in good health for sports activities. To be well-prepared for all eventualities, we recommend having adequate private health insurance, accident insurance, and liability insurance.
